wm 6.5 manilla clock "flip-out"

anyone else experiencing time warp? everytime i close a program and go back to the home screen the flip style clock is 62 minutes behind and flips around to the proper time. its really annoying to see everytime i leave the home screen and come back. mostly i just keep the big flip weather clock swiped up and hidden. it doesnt do it on the smaller clock.
