How to remove/reset the Outlook email address

I needed to do this recently, and had a lot of trouble figuring out how.  When I tried going through the account's settings, the address was always greyed out and unchangable.  When I tried assigning another account to be the Outlook default, I was told that I couldn't, because one already was.  Anyway, here's how to do it:

While disconnected from your PC, go to Start Button\ActiveSync\Menu\Options.  Tap and hold on the Microsoft Exchange category, and then selet Delete from the menu which pops up.  That's it.  Now a new Outlook account can be created through the usual process.
