There are 2 ways to install programs and applications to your phone.
1)
Cab file-First, transfer the cab file to your storage card or device, using a card reader or through the provided data cable.
-Second, using your "File Explorer," navigate to the location where you saved the cab file and click it.
-Third, you should see a screen pop up asking you if you would rather save it to your device or to your storage card. People have their own preferences on this so it is your decision to make.
-Fourth, After installation is completed go to the Start menu then to Programs and you should find it in that list.
2)
An .exe file*
Windows Vista-Install Windows Mobile Device Center. If you did not receive a disk with your Touch Pro then you can download the program here :

- Click the .exe file on your PC and follow the installation instructions. Once you have followed the instructions on your PC you will be prompted to install the program to your device or to your storage card. The choice is yours.
- After installation is completed go to Start Menu then click Programs and you should find the program there.
Windows XP- Install Active Sync. You can find the download here :

- Click the .exe file on your PC and follow the installation instructions. Once you have followed the instructions on your PC you will be prompted to install the program to your device or to your storage card. The choice is yours on where to install the program.
- After installation is completed go to Start Menu then click Programs and you should find the program there.
