I just got my Touch Pro 2 yesterday and I'm trying to set up the internet sharing so I can use the internet on my laptop. My laptop is running Windows XP SP3. Previously I had a Samsung A900 tethered with a USB cable and I would use the dial-up connector and a Samsung driver to get the tethering to work.

I am trying to connect to the WinXP laptop and it is not working. I get error code 67 (Your Sprint PCS Vision username and/or password may be incorrect). Just to make sure it's not the computer, I connected to my desktop which runs Windows 7. It works on the desktop, flawlessly. So now I'm trying to figure out what the problem is with my computer. It seems like the Error Code 67 shows up right as "Check USB cable" is shown on the top of the TP2 screen.

So do you guys have any idea what the problem may be?

I got it working, I had to turn on "Data Connection" in Comm Manager. The weird thing is that I didn't have to do this on my Windows 7 machine.
